Can I use the 12V cigarette lighter cable to charge the battery?
No. The 12V DC cable is not for charging.
The TOP USB-C port is the only charging port. The BOTTOM DC Port is for bypass power only, allowing use from the car when the battery is low.
Does it include a wall charger, and how can I get the fastest charging?
A USB-C cable is included, but NO wall charger. You can use any standard phone charger. For fastest charging (~2 hours), use your own 45W+ USB-C charger, such as a laptop or tablet adapter.
You can check the text printed on your adapter for "OUTPUT".
Why is the product not charging when plugged in?
Make sure the cable is connected to the TOP USB-C port.
Try a different charger rated at least 5V/2A. If the unit is very hot or cold, allow it to return to room temperature before charging.
Why is the pressure reading slightly different (±1~2 PSI) from my car's TPMS or other gauges?
A small variance of ±1–2 PSI is normal.
Differences may occur due to tire temperature or sensor location. This inflator measures pressure at the valve stem, while TPMS sensors are inside the tire.
